When the request is received, one of our course advisors will contact you and send you the virtual appointment link and an agreed schedule.

In addition, many services are offered virtually to assist you if getting help from home is more accessible.

You can also seek assistance via the phone or email even when campuses are closed (except for holidays) seven days a week from 09.00 am to 05 pm (EST).

    Assessments

We want to make sure the classes you take are the right fit for you!

In order to help make sure we accomplish this, we need to determine your reading, writing and math skills through the assessment process.

During the this assessment process, we can measure where your skills are currently at in several different ways, including your previous qualifications and achievements or through the use of an assessment tool.

If you have previous qualification and transcripts to send, you can upload them when you apply. If you don’t have them at the time you complete the application, don’t worry! You can handover to the relevant department or your course advisor who helped you enrol initially.
